If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase from our Store please do not hesitate to return or exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date.  

EXCHANGE

• To contact us about an exchange within 30 days of the purchase date, please send your request to [email protected]
• Include your name and original order number and exchange request in the email 
• Once you have confirmation of requested exchange item(s), send your return back to the below Return Shipping Address
• Enclose a copy of the Invoice Slip you received order via email when you placed your order. 
• Please note “exchange” on your slip. 
• Customer is responsible for return shipping as well as any re-shipping from Saddle Creek Golf Club. Please include a pre-paid envelope or label in your return box.  

REFUNDS

• If no exchange is needed, simply ship the product back as outlined below within 30 days of the purchase date
• Enclose a copy of the Packing Slip you received with your order
• Please Note “refund” on your packing slip
